I  work with adults on a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties including:

  • worry/generalised anxiety disorder

  • panic disorder

  • social anxiety

  • work and study related stress

  • low self-esteem

  • grief and bereavement

I work with parents who are wanting help with the challenges of being a parent and supporting their children to flourish.

  • Supporting parents of children and young people in psychological therapy.

  • Using models of parenting and parenting competence

  • Supporting parents to understand their own mental health needs

  • Working with not enjoying or feeling fulfilled with your work and/or home life.

I  understand that at certain points in life challenges and obstacles can occur that require psychological expertise and support. Working collaboratively together, we will seek to understand your individual situation and implement strategies to help you cope with challenges.

Juggling a host of demands and raising children is no easy job. Working with children and family services for many years, I have the expertise to help support you at each stage of your child’s development. From pregnancy, through to young adult life, I place parental wellbeing at the centre of therapy.

I also provide mental wellbeing and parenting talks. Staff training and support packages are also available for schools and businesses.

I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and the British Association of Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
