Assessment and treatment for adults and parent referrals :

An initial assessment session is provided for up to 75 minutes. This enables us to understand the situation together and decide on the focus of the treatment and an indication of the number of treatment sessions will be given.

Subsequent treatment sessions will be 50 minutes.

Currently all sessions are taking place using online remote video calls.

An initial meeting with the organisers of the event is arranged to clarify the remit, duration and goal of the event. A list of topics can be provided and include mental wellbeing on a range of general and specific areas for adults and children (including anxiety, mood, sleep, self esteem and confidence), managing stress, increasing self resilience skills training, the power of empathy.
